摘要
针对行波网络定位方法解网过程繁琐、定位精度易受行波波速影响等问题,提出一种基于动态虚拟故障的行波网络定位新方法。输电线路故障后,在电网中随机假设一虚拟故障点,根据故障初始行波按最短路径传播的特性,计算虚拟故障点产生的故障初始行波到达所有测量点的时间,联立计算全网所有测量点虚拟故障初始行波到达时间与真实故障初始行波到达时间的差异度,利用差异度衡量该虚拟故障点位置的准确性;采用粒子群优化算法(particle swarm optimization algorithm,PSO)不断修正虚拟故障点位置和行波计算波速,降低虚拟故障初始行波到达时间与实测时间的差异度,使虚拟故障点逐步逼近真实故障点,直至重合,此时虚拟故障位置即真实故障位置。仿真结果表明,该方法无需分析网络结构与解网操作,在一定程度上能够消除行波波速的影响,实现故障精确定位。
Aiming at the problems that process of network looping-off is complicated and positioning accuracy is easily influenced by traveling wave velocity,a traveling wave network location method based on dynamic fault simulation was proposed.The method presumed the location of the fault in advance in the transmission network,and calculated the time when the simulated initial traveling wave of the fault reaches each detection device according to the principle that the initial traveling wave of the fault propagates along the shortest path.The accuracy of the simulated fault location was measured by the difference between the time information of the simulated fault traveling wave and the actual value.Particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)was used to continuously revise the simulated fault location and traveling wave velocity,thus gradually approaching the real fault point and realizing accurate fault location.The simulation results show that the method does not need to analyze the topological structure of looped network and the operation of network looping-off,and can eliminate the influence of traveling wave velocity to a certain extent and realize accurate fault location.
