高危局限性前列腺癌治疗进展

Research Progress in Management of High-risk Localized Prostate Cancer

前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统常见恶性肿瘤之一,大部分局限性前列腺癌依靠根治性前列腺切除术或根治性放疗可获得良好的疗效,而侵袭性更强的高危前列腺癌,其最佳治疗方案仍存在争议。随着微创外科和放疗技术的不断发展进步,高危前列腺癌患者有了更多的治疗选择。全文就高危局限性前列腺癌的治疗进展进行综述,探讨高危局限性前列腺癌的治疗策略。

Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the male genitourinary system,although most localized prostate cancer can obtain good curative effect by radical prostatectomy or radical radiotherapy,the best treatment for more aggressive high-risk prostate cancer is still controversial. With the continuous development and progress of minimally invasive surgery and radiotherapy,patients with high-risk prostate cancer have more treatment options at present.This article reviews the progress in the treatment of high-risk localized prostate cancer,and discusses its therapeutic strategies.
