摘要
艉轴在装封、托运、开箱和安装过程中极易受到损伤。针对艉轴损伤现象,以某被划伤的艉轴为实际案例,在验证所用方法准确性的基础上,采用有限元方法对修复后轴段进行强度分析。结果表明:艉轴划伤修复后,缺陷处的局部应力相对较小,可继续使用,且该轴在后续使用中尚未出现工程问题,可为艉轴轻微划伤后能否继续使用提供判断依据,具有较高的工程应用价值。
The tail shaft is easily damaged in the process of sealing,shipping,unpacking and installation.Aiming at the damage phenomenon of tail shaft,taking a scratched tail shaft as an actual case,on the basis of verifying the accuracy of the method used,the strength analysis of the repaired shaft section is carried out by using the finite element method.The results show that after repairing the scratch,the local stress at the defect is relatively small and can be used continuously.The tail shaft has not appeared any engineering problems in the subsequent using,which can provide a judging base whether a tail shaft can be used after slight scratch and has a higher engineering application value.
