摘要
采用浮体动力学分析与冲击响应分析相结合的技术路线,以结构应力满足材料强度指标作为依据,探讨中广核岱山4#风场浮式分体安装风电机组塔筒分段和机舱的可行性。浮体动力学仿真考虑浮体与系泊系统耦合,计算得到起重船吊钩处的运动响应;冲击响应分析采用基于动力荷载放大系数和显式动力学分析2种方法进行。结算结果表明,分体安装塔筒分段和机舱时,对结构的冲击所产生的应力满足材料强度指标,浮式分体吊装可行。
By adopting the combining technical path of the floating body dynamic analysis and the impact analysis,according to the structural stress meeting the material strength index,the feasibility of floating installing offshore wind turbine tower and nacelle by a floating crane vessel for CGNPC Daishan No.4 Wind Farm is carried out.The floating body dynamic analysis considers the coupling between the mooring system and the crane vessel,and the dynamic motion at the hook position of the crane vessel is gained through the calculation.The impact response analysis adopts two methods such as dynamic load factor amplification method and explicit dynamic analysis method.The computational results indicate that when the wind turbine tower and the nacelle are installed separately the stress caused from the impact on the structure can meet the material strength index,so it is feasible of separate floating installation.
