Planning Rural Revitalisation under a Marxist Urban-Rural Perspective

马克思主义特别是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,从哲学、历史的高度揭示了城乡分化的本质,分析了资本主义城市和农村的异化现象,指出了社会主义国家应如何处理工农、城乡等重大关系,回答了社会主义乡村振兴的基本特征和路径问题。这些重要理论成果,是坚持乡村振兴正确方向的根本遵循,是谋划乡村振兴必须掌握的"桥"和"船"。在这些思想的指导下,结合地方实践探索,乡村振兴应置于构建新发展格局的全局高度,同新型城镇化共同谋划,走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路,把党领导下的"组织振兴"作为乡村振兴的切入点。

Marxism,especially Xi Jin-ping Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,has revealed the essence of the urban-rural divide from a philosophical and historical perspective,analyzed the alienation in capitalist cities and rural areas,indicated how socialist countries should deal with the major relations between workers and peasants,urban and rural areas,and answered the basic features and paths of socialist rural revitalization.These important theoretical achievements are the fundamental guidelines for adhering to the correct direction of rural revitalization and the"bridge"and"boat"that must be mastered in planning rural revitalization.Under the guidance of these ideas and in combination with local practical exploration,this paper puts forward policy recommendations on rural revitalization:placing rural revitalization in the overall context of building a new development pattern,planning together with new urbanization,embarkin on the road of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,and taking organizational revitalization under the leadership of the Party as the breakthrough for rural revitalization.
