摘要
监测是人们认识、了解事物的一种方式,是一种获取并处理信息的认知活动。以监测来认知世界一流学科建设,是由世界一流学科建设和监测二者特性共同决定的。一方面,世界一流学科建设的多元主体性、内容复杂性、过程重要性呼唤符合其发展特点的新的认识评价模式;另一方面,与以排名为代表的传统学科认知模式相比,监测具有认知对象上更为关注过程、认知内容上体现复杂思维、认知过程上回归学科内生、认知依据上基于数据判断的典型特点。以监测来认知世界一流学科建设,能够发挥监测呈现状态、预警预测的基础功能,也具有创新学科认知模式、提升学科治理能力的重要价值。
Monitoring is an approach to understand things,and a cognitive activity to obtain and process information.To recognize the construction of world-class discipline by monitoring is determined by the characteristics of both the construction of world-class discipline and monitoring itself.On the one hand,the multi-subjectivity,the complexity of content,and the importance of the process in building the worldclass discipline call for a new evaluation model matching with these characteristics.On the other hand,compared with the traditional cognitive model of discipline in term of ranking,monitoring has typical characteristics of emphasizing on the process of cognitive objects,representing complex thinking of cognitive content,returning to discipline internalization of cognitive process,and relying on data judgment of cognitive basis.To understand the construction of world-class discipline through monitoring can play the basic function of monitoring the explicit statue,as well as early warning and prediction.And has the crucial value of innovating the cognitive model and improving the governance ability of discipline.
