“十四五”时期高校网络思政工作的时代内涵和发展逻辑

New Connotations and Development Logic of the Internet-based Ideological and Political Work of Chinese Colleges and Universities during the 14th Five-year Plan Period

党的十九届五中全会对"十四五"时期我国发展作出系统谋划和战略部署。作为高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要组成部分,高校网络思政工作必须准确把握新的历史定位和历史使命,深刻认识进入新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局对高校网络思政工作提出的新任务新要求,更加注重大学生的理想信念锻造、人民情怀培养、创新能力提升、责任担当塑造,准确把握时代性更强、开放性更大、融合性更密、安全性更严、辐射性更广的新的发展特点,在"准"上强化内容供给、在"广"上拓展实践路径、在"用"上建强平台阵地、在"全"上整合育人资源、在"培"上加强队伍建设。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee made a comprehensive plan and strategy for China’s development in the 14thFive-Year Plan period(2021-2025).As an important part of their fundamental mission to develop morality and build character among students,universities,in their internet-based ideological and political work,must fully appreciate their new status and mission,and fully understand their new tasks and new requirements for them when China has entered a new stage of development,embraced the new development concepts and begun to build a new development paradigm.They must redouble their efforts in strengthening students’ideological conviction,their commitment to people,their capacity to innovate and their readiness to take responsibility.With a firm grasp on new development features which are more open,more integrated,more cybersecurity-focused,more influential along with the progress of the times,universities should supply more targeted contents,broaden the pathways for practice,build robust platforms for application,integrate resources in an all-round way for cultivating talents,and promote team building for cultivation.
