An Analysis on Employment Choice Behavior of Graduate Students in Economics and Management under the Influences of the COVID-19--Based on a Single Case Study of J Department of H University

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情的发生对高校毕业生就业产生极大冲击,一定程度上影响毕业生的就业选择行为。基于此,援引行为决策理论构建研究视角,采用纵向单案例研究方法,以H大学J学部为例,结合一手访谈资料和二手数据资料,探究疫情发生以来,高校经管类研究生毕业生就业选择行为的变化,揭示影响其变化的内、外部因素和毕业生"有限理性"的行为逻辑,进一步构建"内因引导+外因促进"的理性就业决策机制,发挥政府、高校、家庭、毕业生多方主体的协同力量。 The outbreak of COVID-19 has a great impact on the employment of college graduates.To a certain extent,it even has affected the mentality and behavior of college graduates’employment choice.Therefore,the paper quotes behavioral decision-making theory to construct a research perspective and adopts the vertical single case study method;takes the J Department of H University as an example and combines first-hand interview data and second-hand data to explores the changes in the employment choice behavior of graduate students in economics and management since the outbreak,and reveals the internal and external factors affecting this changes and the behavior logic of‘limited rationality’.Further,the paper constructs the rational employment decision-making mechanism of‘internal cause guidance and external cause promotion’to exert the synergistic power of the government,universities,families and graduates.
