Investigation and Research on the Protection of Ancient Books in Jilin Province

2007年7月,吉林省政府办公厅发布了《吉林省政府办公厅关于进一步加强古籍保护工作的建议》,吉林省古籍保护工作全面启动。文章对吉林省17家古籍收藏单位的古籍数量、古籍存藏环境、古籍整理出版、古籍数字化、古籍推广活动、古籍保护人才等方面进行调研,分析总结实际工作中出现的相关问题,从古籍原生性保护、再生性保护、宣传推广、人才培养多个角度提出吉林省古籍资源保护体系建设的建议。

In July 2007,the General Office of Jilin Provincial Government issued“Suggestions of the General Office of Jilin Provincial Government on Further Strengthening the Protection of Ancient Books”,which started the protection of ancient books in all directions in Jilin Province.This paper investigates the number,the storage environment,the arrangement and publication,the digitization,the promotion activities,and the protection talents of ancient books of 17 ancient books collection units in Jilin Province,analyzes and summarizes the relevant problems in the actual work,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the protection system of ancient book resources in Jilin Province from the perspectives of original protection,regenerative protection,publicity and promotion,and personnel training.
