摘要
"社群文化"赋予高校图书馆阅读推广项目建设新的机制和新的特征。从社群视角出发,探讨阅读推广项目层级式设计的各类要素及其关系,结合阅读推广活动中教师、学生、活动、资源等不同要素,依据使命、兴趣、行为等特征划分层级式阅读推广社群。结合"领读者"案例分析,构建了以校园"领读者"为节点,有效激励的社群化、层级式校园阅读推广架构,有效提升图书馆活动黏性,发挥师、生间引领效应和朋辈效应,促进阅读推广项目长效发展。
"Community culture" endows university library with new mechanism and new features of reading promotion project construction.From the perspective of community,this paper analyzed various elements and their relationship in hierarchical design of reading promotion project,and divided the hierarchical reading promotion community according to the different elements of reading promotion activities,such as teachers,students,activities,resources and so on.Combined with the case analysis of"Reading Leaders",this paper designed and established a community-based and hierarchical campus reading promotion framework with"Reading Leaders"as the node,which can effectively improve the stickiness of library activities,and make full use of the leading effect of teachers and students and the effect of friends,so as to promote the longterm development of reading promotion projects.
