摘要
为了提升电动汽车续驶里程,动力电池能量密度越来越高,车辆轻量化系数也要求越来越严格。本文提出采用低成本低压锂离子蓄电池替代铅酸电池备用电源的技术方案,并对其容量与能量管理策略进行设计。达成提高电动汽车轻量化系数、增加车辆配电量、提升车辆续驶里程的目的。可令续驶里程增加约7%,增加里程的部分每公里配电成本降低50%以上。
In order to improve the driving range of electric vehicles,the energy density of power battery is higher and higher,and the requirement of vehicle lightweight coefficient is more and more strict.In this paper,a low-cost and low-voltage lithium-ion battery is proposed to replace the lead-acid battery backup power supply,and its capacity and energy management strategy are designed.To achieve the purpose of improving the lightweight coefficient of electric vehicles,increasing the power distribution of vehicles,and improving the driving range of vehicles.The driving range can be increased by about 7%,and the power distribution cost per kilometer of the increased mileage can be reduced by more than 50%.
