摘要
本文介绍小野FP-2140HA流量计的原理及油耗信号发送形式。通过美国NI cRIO-9012控制器、频率采集卡、模拟量采集卡、CAN采集卡等搭建数据采集平台。利用LabVIEW软件编写数据采集系统软件,实现车辆瞬时油耗采集、模拟车速、脉冲车速、PGS车速采集、CAN信号采集、百公里油耗计算等,并通过电脑显示及记录。最终实现车辆道路及台架油耗的瞬时采集、记录与分析,为车辆燃油经济性优化提供有效的分析数据。
This paper introduces the principle of ONOSOKKI FP-2140HA flowmeter and the transmission form of fuel consumption signal.The data acquisition platform is built by the American NI CRIO-9012 controller,frequency acquisition card,analog quantity acquisition card,CAN acquisition card and so on.LabVIEW software is used to write data acquisition system software,to achieve vehicle instantaneous fuel consumption acquisition,simulation speed,pulse speed,PGS speed acquisition,CAN signal acquisition,100 km fuel consumption calculation,etc.,and display and recordthrough the computer.Finally,the instantaneous collection,recording and analysis of vehicle fuel consumption on road and bench are realized,which provides effective analysis data for vehicle fuel economy optimization.
