摘要
本文打破了传统降噪降风量的思维方式,依据汽车空调风机噪音的产生机理,在满足客户整车性能不变的前提下,通过对空调箱进风口和蜗壳处的CFD分析和流场优化,采用调整蜗壳进风口处相关配合尺寸和结构的方法,在保证整车制冷风量性能不变的前提下,改善了空调箱的气动轰鸣噪音,对汽车空调风机噪音的优化改善具有一定的参考价值。
This paper broke the traditional noise reduction air way of thinking,on the basis of the mechanism of production of automobile air conditioning fan noise,on the premise of meet customer performance unchanged,through CFD analysis of the air conditioning box and volute inlets,and optimize the flow field,the method of adjusting the matching size and structure of volute inlet is adopted,On the premise of keeping the air volume performance of the whole vehicle unchanged,the aerodynamic noise of the air conditioning box is improved,the optimization of automotive air conditioning fan noise improvement has a certain reference value.
