The Historical Changes of the Standard of Party Members of the CPC in the past 100 years and its Enlightenment

民主革命时期,中国共产党通过党纲、党章建立了党员的标准。新中国成立后,第一次全国组织工作会议正式提出了共产党员的八项条件。十一届三中全会以来,党以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观为指导,提出了更高更严格的党员标准。十八大以来,党以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,对党员标准进行创新发展。时至今日,在中国共产党成立百年之际,总结党员标准的沿革与启示,对于我们进一步加强党员教育管理,推进党的制度化建设,具有重要的历史意义。

During the period of democratic revolution,Communist Party of China established the standards and requirements of Party members through its platform and constitution.After the founding of The People's Republic of China,the first national organization work conference formally put forward eight requirements for Party members.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee,the party has put forward higher and stricter standards for Party members under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping theory,the important thought of"Three Represents"and the scientific outlook on development.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the party has been under the guidance of the Xi Jingping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and it developed the party members'standards.Today,the Communist Party of China celebrates its Centenary birthday.It is of great historical significance for us to summarize the evolution and Enlightenment of the standards of Party members,so as to further strengthen the education and management of Party members and promote the institutionalized construction of the party.
