摘要
以海绵铁为水处理材料对含铀废水中的铀进行去除研究。考察了接触反应时间、废水pH、废水中铀初始浓度、海绵铁粒径、反应温度等因素对溶液中铀去除率的影响。结果表明:在pH为3~5时,海绵铁的粒径越小,对铀的去除率越高;铀和海绵铁的反应较迅速,随着反应时间的延长,溶液铀浓度逐渐降低,60 min基本反应完全;不同温度下的海绵铁除铀反应基本遵循准一级反应动力学规律。
The removal of U by sponge iron for uranium wastewater was studied.The effects of contact reaction time,pH value of wastewater,initial U concentration in wastewater,particle size of sponge iron and reaction temperature on the removal rate of U were investigated.The results indicate that the smaller the particle size of sponge iron is,the higher the uranium removal rate will be when the pH is 3~5.The reaction between U and sponge iron is relatively rapid.With the extension of reaction time,the concentration of uranium in solution decreases gradually,and the basic reaction is complete in 60 minutes.The uranium removal reaction of sponge iron at different temperatures basically follows the pseudo first order kinetics.
