随着新治疗靶点的发现和新型药物的研发,药物治疗在肿瘤控制和治疗中的作用越来越重要。培养兼具系统性知识和实践性知识的实用型肿瘤内科专业人才,临床实践教学这一重要环节非常重要,是肿瘤内科学研究生教育关注的重点之一。分析和总结了肿瘤内科研究生临床实践教学中存在的问题,探讨了应对措施,以期为提高肿瘤内科临床教学质量提供参考。

With the discovery of novel therapeutic targets and development of new drugs,medication plays a more and more important role in cancer control and treatment.Clinical practice teaching is an important part of cultivating practical oncology professionals with both systematic knowledge and practical knowledge,which is one of the focuses of postgraduate education in oncology.The problems in clinical practice teaching for oncology postgraduates were analyzed and summarized,and a series of countermeasures were discussed,with the expectation to provide a reference for improving the clinical education quality of medical oncology.
