多元化教学模式在国际化医学人才培养中的探索——以病理生理学为例 被引量:2

Exploration of Diversified Teaching Modes in the Training of International Medical Talents——Taking Pathophysiology as an Example

摘要 目的探讨多元化教学模式在留学生病理生理学教学中的应用及效果。方法选择河北省某高校国际教育学院医学专业2016级留学生74人为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(多元化教学组)36人、对照组(传统教学法组)38人。研究组采用基于“翻转课堂”理念的教学法、“案例讨论式”教学法、“互联网+信息化”教学法的多元化教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授式教学,对比2组学生试卷成绩,并对研究组学生进行教学效果问卷调查,对研究组师生进行形成性评价。结果研究组学生成绩优于对照组,尤其在案例分析题(P<0.01)与总成绩(P<0.05)方面差异有统计学意义;问卷调查结果显示,研究组学生对本教学模式总满意率91.16%,不满意率6.57%;形成性评价提示师生对多项指标满意度高。结论多元化教学模式能提高留学生病理生理学成绩,优于传统教学模式,并促进教学相长,提高留学生自主学习能力、团队协作、沟通能力等多方面素质,有推广应用价值。 Objective To discuss the application and effect of diversified teaching modes in pathophysiology teaching for international students.Methods 74 international students from the School of International Education from a medical university in Hebei Province were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a research group(diversified teaching modes group)of 36 students,and a control group(traditional teaching mode group)of 38 students.The research group adopted the teaching method based on the concept of“flipped classroom”,“case discussion”teaching method and“Internet+informationization”teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional lecture-style teaching.Test paper scores of the two groups were compared.Students of the research group were investigated by questionnaire on teaching effect,and the formative evaluation of teachers and students in the research group was conducted.Results Test scores of the research group were better than those of the control group,especially between the case analysis questions(P<0.01)and the total score(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the total satisfaction rate of the students in the research group was 91.16%and the dissatisfaction rate was 6.57%.Formative evaluation showed that teachers and students have good evaluations of the survey indicators.Conclusion The diversified teaching model could improve the pathophysiology performance of international students,which was superior to the traditional teaching model.It could also promote both teaching and learning,improve the comprehensive quality of international students'self-learning ability,teamwork,communication ability,etc.,which had promotion and application value.
