摘要
猕猴桃雌株金实1号分别用二倍体雄花粉SF1,四倍体雄花粉SF2、SF3,四倍体混合雄花粉SF2+SF3进行授粉,以自然授粉做对照,研究对坐果及果实性状的影响。结果表明,金实1号坐果率以SF1、SF2授粉的高,分别为87.97%、87.76%,显著高于SF3、SF2+SF3和对照;单果重以SF2、SF3、SF2+SF3的大,分别为70.12 g、74.80 g、60.76 g,均显著大于SF1和对照;可溶性固形物含量以SF2、SF3和SF2+SF3高,分别是13.44%、12.82%、13.12%,显著高于SF1的;干物质含量以SF2、SF3和SF2+SF3的高,分别为18.64%、18.04%、18.08%,显著高于以SF1授粉的含量17.40%;果实种子数,以SF2、SF3的高,分别为563.3粒、552.6粒,显著多于SF1、SF2+SF3授粉的;饱满种子的千粒重,以SF2、SF3、SF2+SF3授粉的大,分别为1.35 g、1.41 g、1.62 g,显著大于SF1授粉的;果实的综合品质指标以四倍体雄株花粉SF2授粉的好。
The female kiwifruit Jinshi 1 was pollinated with four kinds of male flower powder SF1,SF2,SF3 and SF2+SF3 to study the effect on fruit quality and characters.The results showed that the fruit-setting rate of SF1 and SF2 were 87.97%and 87.76%,which were significantly higher than that of other treatments.The single fruit weight of SF2,SF3 and SF2+SF3 were 70.12 g,74.80 g and 60.76 g,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of SF1 and CK.The soluble solid content of SF2,SF3 and SF2+SF3 were 13.44%,12.82%and 13.12%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of SF1.The dry matter content of SF2,SF3 and SF2+SF3 were 18.64%,18.04%and 18.08%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of SF1(17.40%).The number of fruit seeds were higher in SF2 and SF3(563.3,552.6).The number of full seeds was the same as that of total seeds.The 1000-seed weight of full seeds of SF2,SF3 and SF2+SF3 were significantly higher than that of SF1 pollination.For the comprehensive quality index of fruit,SF2 pollen was the best.
