摘要
以红阳猕猴桃的新梢幼嫩茎段做组培试材,研究了不同植物生长调节剂种类和浓度对猕猴桃增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:红阳猕猴桃最适茎段增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L GA3,平均增殖数3.76;接种后最佳诱导生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA,生根率78.57%,平均诱导生根数10.61条。
For further improve on tissue culture and rapid propagation of Hongyang kiwifruit,the effects of different hormones types and concentrations on the proliferation and rooting of kiwifruit were studied with the young shoots and stems of Hongyang kiwifruit as tissue culture materials.The results showed that the optimal medium for the proliferation was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L GA3,the average proliferation coefficient was 3.76.The optimum root induction medium was 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate was 78.57%and the average number of the root induction was 10.61.
