摘要
【目的/意义】对社会化阅读用户持续使用意愿的影响因素进行分析,为解释、预测用户行为提供参考建议。【方法/过程】采用荟萃分析方法,对37篇相关实证研究文献中的15组变量作用效果进行综合分析,以此判断用户感知、满意度和社交因素等变量对持续使用意愿的影响作用程度。【结果/结论】满意度是社会化阅读用户持续使用意愿最主要的影响因素,发表偏倚检验结果显示荟萃分析结果有效,亚组分析结果表明感知有用性、感知易用性、社交有用性、满意度、主观规范、群体规范等变量对大学生群体和混合人群持续使用意愿的影响作用差异显著,社交因素的影响作用机理有待深入研究。【创新/局限】借助荟萃分析方法对已有研究成果中社会化阅读用户持续使用意愿影响因素的作用效果进行了综合分析,后续研究中将进一步考虑不同平台或APP应用程序之间影响因素作用的差异。
【Purpose/significance】This paper analyzes the influencing factors of social reading readers’ continuance use intention,and provides suggestion to interpret and predict users’ behaviors.【Method/process】Meta-analysis was used to combine the effect size of correlation coefficients among 15 groups of variables in 37 empirical research literatures, so as to judge the influence degree of each factor.【Result/conclusion】Satisfaction is the most important influencing factors of social reading users’ intention of continuous use.The results of publication bias test show that the results of this study are effective. Subgroup analysis results showed that the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social usefulness, satisfaction, subjective norms, group norms and other variables on the continuance usage intention of college students and mixed groups was significantly different, the mechanism of social factors influence needs to be further studied.【Innovation/limitation】Meta-analysis method is introduced in the process of analyzing the influencing factors on continuous usage intention of social reading users. The limitation of conclusion is failing to carefully consider the influence of the differences between different platforms or APP applications.
