Ghrelin与脓毒症信号通路的研究进展

摘要 脓毒症是重症监护病房最常见的危重症之一,具有发病率高、发病机制复杂、病情严重及病死率高等特点。脓毒症的发生、发展与促炎和抗炎反应失衡密切相关。近期有研究发现,Ghrelin具有调节细胞增殖及免疫炎症等功能,对脓毒症起一定保护作用,进一步研究提示,Ghrelin和脓毒症的许多关键信号通路的表达关系密切,如核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路、PI3K/Akt信号通路等。因而,深入了解Ghrelin对脓毒症炎症反应的发生、发展机制及涉及的信号通路,可以为临床应用Ghrelin对脓毒症的治疗提供新的前景。 Sepsis is one of the most common critical illnesses in intensive care units. It has the characteristics of high incidence,complicated pathogenesis,serious condition and high mortality. The development of sepsis is closely related to the imbalance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses. Recently,the studies have found that Ghrelin has the function of regulating cell proliferation and immune inflammation,and has a protective effect on sepsis. Further studies suggest that Ghrelin is closely related the expression of many key signaling pathways of sepsis,such as nuclear factor-κB( NF-κB) signaling pathway,the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase( PI3 K/Akt) signal pathway and so on. Therefore,an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of Ghrelin’s inflammatory response to sepsis and the signaling pathways involved may provide new prospects for the clinical application of Ghrelin in the treatment of sepsis.
