摘要 受上游来水、海水上溯及开敞式多功能水域等影响,青草沙、陈行和金泽三大水源地存在富营养化、咸潮入侵及突发性水污染事故的风险。经过不断探索实践,在日常运营管理中形成了一系列水源地和原水水质保障措施,主要包括建立水质、水文气象和生态全方位监测网络,实施水力调控、物理拦截、非经典生物操纵、应急加药和水生植物管控等措施,应用咸潮监测、预报、水库蓄水和应急调度等手段,建设围油栏、开展水源地应急联动及加强与行业、流域管理部门联络等方式,使三大水源地在保障供水水量、稳定供水水质和优化生态环境方面取得了较好的成效。 Due to the influence of upstream inflow,seawater runback and open multi-functional water areas,the three water sources of Chenhang water source,Qingcaosha water source and Jinze water source are at great risk of eutrophication,salt intrusion and sudden water pollution accidents.Through constant exploration and practice,Raw Water Company has formed a series of water source and raw water quality supply guarantee measures in daily operation and management.It mainly includes the establishment of an all-round monitoring network for water quality,hydrometeorology and ecology,the implementation of hydrometeorology and ecology,the implementation of hydraulic control,physical interception,non-classical biological manipulation,emergency dosing and aquatic plant control,the application of salt tide monitoring,forecasting,reservoir water storage and emergency operation,the construction of oil fences,the development of emergency linkage of water sources,and the strengthening of contact with industry and river basin management departments,which makes the three water sources achieve good results in ensuring water supply quantity,stabilizing water supply quality and optimizing ecological environment.
