In recent years,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made great progress in culture,economy and education,but it still lags behind the developed coastal areas.One of the prime reasons is the lack of high-level talents with innovative consciousness.Mongolian postgraduates are part of the sources of high-level talents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Whether the level of a persons innovation consciousness is the key to grow into a high-level talent.The level of a person's innovation consciousness is the key to grow into a high-level talent.It is of practical significance to improve the innovative consciousness and ability of Mongolian postgraduates and cultivate all-round high-level talents to promote the development of our region,narrow the regional gap and realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese people.
