防范政治风险是中国共产党百年奋斗史的重要组成部分。我们党在革命、建设和改革的不同时期面临着不同的形势和任务,但防范化解各种政治风险挑战始终是党的活动主题之一。中国共产党成立百年来,就是在不断应对风险、迎接挑战、化险为夷中一步一步走过来的。新民主主义革命时期,党在应对政治风险中逐步发展壮大;社会主义革命和建设时期,党在应对政治风险中稳固执政根基;改革开放新时期,党在应对政治风险中坚定走上中国特色社会主义道路;新时代,党在应对政治风险中进一步彰显中国制度优势。中国共产党成立百年来应对政治风险的斗争充分体现了我们党的忧患意识和风险意识以及斗争精神,为新时代我们党防范化解重大政治风险提供了重要启示:防范化解政治风险必须把坚持和加强党的领导摆在首位;必须科学认知和识别政治风险;必须着眼于制度建设;必须发扬斗争精神增强斗争本领;必须紧紧依靠广大人民群众的支持和参与。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,我们要统筹发展与安全,进一步增强忧患意识,坚持底线思维,发扬斗争精神,发挥制度优势,着力防范化解重大政治风险挑战,为中华民族伟大复兴筑牢政治安全屏障。

Preventing political risks is an important part of the century-old struggle history of the Communist Party of China.Over the past century since its founding,the Communist Party of China has made steady progress in responding to risks,meeting challenges and saving the day.During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the Party gradually developed and grew in response to political risks.During the period of socialist revolution and construction,the Party consolidated its ruling foundation in coping with political risks.In the new era of reform and opening up,the Party firmly embarked on the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics while coping with political risks.In the new era,the Party has further demonstrated the advantages of China’s system in coping with political risks.The struggle to deal with political risks since the founding of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years provided important enlightenment for our Party to prevent and defuse major political risks in the new era:giving priority to adhering to and strengthening the Party’s leadership,recognizing and identify political risk scientifically,focusing on the system construction,developing the fighting spirit and enhance our fighting ability,closely relying on the support and participation of the broad masses of the people.On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects,we must balance development and security,be more mindful of potential dangers,think in a bottom-line manner,carry forward the spirit of struggle,give full play to our institutional strengths,guard against and defuse major political risks and challenges,and build a strong political and security shield for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
