人工智能赋能中国经济高质量发展的动力问题研究

Study on the Power of the AI Promoting Economic High-Quality Development

在世界经济及各国经济的发展过程中,技术进步如影随形,以革命性的方式集中爆发,在推动经济增长的过程中起着关键性的作用。人工智能具有创新和技术进步的属性,能够克服资本和劳动力等实体限制,开创新的价值与增长源泉,引领着全球经济发展方式的全面变革,为中国经济高质量发展提供动力支持。文章在分析人工智能赋能经济高质量发展的需求动力结构和供给动力结构的基础上,提出从进一步优化投资结构、人工智能驱动消费结构升级和重塑贸易格局新动力等途径重塑需求动力结构;从优化要素禀赋结构、优化制度安排、赋能人工智能技术创新等途径进行供给动力结构再造,从需求动力结构重塑与供给动力结构再造两个维度推动中国经济高质量发展。

In the process of economic development of world and various countries,technological progress is closely related,which is accompanied by a revolutionary outbreak.With the promoting economic growth,technological progress plays a key role.Artificial intelligence has properties of innovation and technological progress which can overcome the physical constraints of capital and labor,open up new sources of value and growth,lead the comprehensive transformation of global economic development pattern,and provide power support for China’s high-quality economic development.The paper is based on analysis of the demand power structure and supply power structure of AI enabled high-quality economic development.It is proposed to reshape the demand power structure by which the further optimizing the investment structure,upgrading the consumption structure driven by artificial intelligence and reshaping the new power of trade pattern,and reconstruct the supply power structure which the optimization of factor endowment structure,optimization of institutional arrangements,enabling artificial intelligence technology innovation.As so as to promote the China’s high-quality economic development from the two dimensions of demand power structure reshaping and supply power structure restructuring.
