摘要
石墨烯拥有优良的导电性,将石墨烯包覆在镍纤维上,改善镍纤维的电性能。以石墨粉、镍纤维等为原料,利用Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,采用氢碘酸还原制备石墨烯包覆镍纤维复合材料。研究修饰剂CTAB浓度、氧化石墨烯分散液pH值、还原剂HI用量、还原温度及还原时间等因素对复合材料的影响。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对产物官能团进行表征分析,能谱仪(EDS)测定元素组成及扫描电镜(SEM)表征样品形貌,采用RTS-8四探针电阻率测试仪测量复合材料的电导率。结果表明,当修饰剂CTAB浓度为1.5 mol/L、氧化石墨烯分散液pH为12、还原剂HI为30 mL、还原温度为50℃,反应时间为60 min时,所得复合材料的导电率最大(1.72×10^(3) S/cm),比未包覆镍纤维的导电率高了两倍多。
Because graphene has excellent electrical conductivity,the electrical properties of the nickel fiber are improved by coating with graphene.Graphene-coated nickel fiber composite materials was prepared with graphite powder and nickel fiber and so on as raw materials.Graphite oxide was prepared by Hummers method.During the reduction of GO with hydroiodate acid,graphene was coated on the surface of nickel fibers.The effects of the modifier CTAB concentration,the pH value of graphene oxide dispersion,the dosage of reductant HI,reduction temperature and reduction time on composites were mainly studied.The as-prepared materials were characterized by FT-IR,EDS and SEM.The electrical conductivity of the composite was measured by RTS-8 four-probe resistivity tester.The results showed that the composite material obtained a maximum conductivity of 1.72×10^(3) S/cm when the concentration of CTAB was 1.5 mol/L,the pH of GO dispersion was 12,the amount of HI was 30 mL,and the reduction temperature and time were 50℃and 60 min respectively.And the conductivity of the composite is more twice as much conductivity as uncoated nickel fiber.
