摘要
研究使用极飞P-20植保无人机,采用3因素3水平的正交设计实验,考察施药量、飞行高度和作业速度对月季上部、中部、下部叶片有效喷幅的影响.使用雾滴处理软件Deposit Scan(V1.2)对雾滴测试卡进行处理分析,采用雾滴密度判定法分析9个处理的有效喷幅.结果表明:P-20植保无人机在月季上部叶片有效喷幅波动范围从≥1.5 m到≥5.0 m,在月季中部叶片有效喷幅范围从≥1.5 m到≥4.5 m,在月季下部叶片有效喷幅范围从≥0.0 m到≥1.5 m:有效喷幅范围逐渐缩小.处理4(施药量1000 mL/666.7 m^(2)、作业高度2.2 m、作业速度5 m/s)和处理5(施药量1000 mL/666.7 m^(2)、作业高度2.6 m、作业速度3.5 m/s)在月季上部叶片和中部叶片有效喷幅宽度均最大,分别为≥5.0 m和≥4.5 m,其次是处理7(施药量1500 mL/666.7 m^(2)、作业高度2.6 m、作业速度3.5 m/s)在月季上部叶片和中部叶片有效喷幅范围均为≥4.5 m.9个处理在月季下部叶片的有效喷幅范围均比较小.P-20植保无人机在月季上部叶片、中部叶片和下部叶片有效喷幅范围分别为≥3.28 m、≥3.17 m和≥0.61 m.
In this paper,Jifei P-20 plant protection UAV is used to investigate the effects of pesticide application,flying height and operating speed on the effective spray range of the upper,middle and lower leaves of Chinese rose by orthogonal design experiment with three factors and three levels.The droplet processing software Deposit Scan(V1.2)is used to process and analyze the droplet test card,and the droplet density determination method is used to analyze the effective spray range of the nine treatments.The results show that the effective spray range of P-20 plant protection UAV on the upper leaves of Chinese rose ranges from≥1.5 m to≥5.0 m,the effective spray range on the middle leaves of Chinese rose ranges from≥1.5 m to≥4.5 m,and the effective spray range on the lower leaves of Chinese rose ranges from≥0.0 m to≥1.5 m:The effective spray range is gradually reduced.Treatments 4(application amount of 1000 mL/666.7 m^(2),working height of 2.2 m,working speed of 5 m/s)and treatment 5(application amount of 1000 mL/666.7 m^(2),working height of 2.6 m,working speed of 3.5 m/s)have the largest effective spray widths on the upper and middle leaves of Chinese rose,which are≥5.0 m and≥4.5 m respectively,followed by treatment 7(application amount of 1500 mL/666.7 m^(2),working height of 2.6 m,working speed of 3.5 m/s)where the effective spray widths on the upper and middle leaves of Chinese rose are both≥4.5 m.The effective spray range of the nine treatments on the lower leaves of Chinese rose is relatively small.The effective spray width of the P-20 plant protection UAV on the upper,middle and lower leaves of Chinese rose is≥3.28 m,≥3.17 m and≥0.61 m,respectively.
