双联抗血小板治疗冠脉综合征的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of dual antiplatelet therapy for coronary syndrome

目的回顾性分析双联抗血小板治疗(阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷/替格瑞洛)冠脉综合征的临床效果。方法采集2018年1月至2018年6月我院心内科收治的526例冠脉综合征患者的临床资料,选取经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后随访≥半年的患者作为研究对象。对患者的基本情况、疾病分布情况、治疗药物使用情况、血脂指标变化、不良心脑血管事件及常规不良反应发生情况、用药经济学指标等进行回顾性分析。结果经过筛选,PCI术后门诊随访≥半年的患者有80例,患者在住院治疗期间均使用了双联抗血小板治疗,其中阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷方案70例,阿司匹林联合替格瑞洛方案10例。两种方案对冠脉综合征治疗均有较好的临床效果,且氯吡格雷的价格更低,患者用药依从性更高。结论双联抗血小板治疗冠脉综合征具有较好的临床效果,有助于改善患者血脂指标,降低不良心脑血管事件发生率与再次住院发生率,进而减少医疗总费用。

Objective To retrospectively analysis the clinical effect of dual antiplatelet therapy(aspirin combined with clopidogrel/ticagrelor)for coronary syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 526 patients with coronary syndrome admitted in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were collected,and the patients who were followed up for more than half a year after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were selected as the research objects.The patients'basic conditions,disease distribution,use of therapeutic drugs,changes of blood lipid indexes,occurrence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and routine adverse reactions,economic indicators of medical expenses,etc.were retrospectively analyzed.Results After screening,80 patients with outpatient follow-up for more than half a year after PCI were treated with dual antiplatelet therapy during hospitalization.Among them,70 patients were treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel and 10 patients were treated with aspirin combined with ticagrelor.Both programs had a good clinical effect in the treatment of coronary syndrome,and the clopidogrel has lower price and higher of patient's medication compliance.Conclusion Dual antiplatelet therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of coronary syndrome,which can help improve the blood lipid indexes of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and rehospitalization,and thereby reduce the total medical expenses.
