掌背动脉联合指固有动脉蒂骨膜瓣逆行转移在手指指骨骨不连治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of retrograde transfer of dorsal metacarpal artery combined with proper digital artery pedicled periosteal flap in the treatment of phalangeal nonunion

目的分析掌背动脉联合指固有动脉蒂骨膜瓣逆行转移在手指指骨骨不连治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月1日至2021年5月31日我科收治的30例手指指骨骨不连患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(15例)和试验组(15例)。对照组患者接受自体骨游离植骨手术,试验组患者接受掌背动脉联合指固有动脉蒂骨膜瓣逆行转移的方法。比较两组患者的手功能恢复情况和满意度。结果试验组患者的手功能恢复总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌背动脉联合指固有动脉蒂骨膜瓣逆行转移在手指指骨骨不连治疗中的应用效果显著,能够有效保障患者的手功能恢复,提高满意度,值得在临床中大力推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of retrograde transfer of dorsal metacarpal artery combined with proper digital artery pedicled periosteal flap in the treatment of phalangeal nonunion.Methods From January 1,2020 to May 31,2021,30 patients with phalangeal nonunion admitted in our department were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(15 cases)and experimental group(15 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with free autogenous bone graft,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with retrograde transfer of dorsal metacarpal artery combined with proper digital artery pedicled periosteal flap.The hand function recovery and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of hand function recovery of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Retrograde transfer of dorsal metacarpal artery combined with proper digital artery pedicled periosteal flap in the treatment of phalangeal nonunion has a significant effect,it can effectively guarantee the recovery of patients'hand function and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of widely promotion in the clinic.
