微创血肿清除术联合头部亚低温治疗高血压脑出血的临床有效性和安全性 被引量:6

Clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma combined with head mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的观察微创血肿清除术联合头部亚低温治疗高血压脑出血(HCH)的临床有效性和安全性。方法按治疗方式将140例HCH患者分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组实施微创血肿清除术,观察组采用微创血肿清除术联合头部亚低温治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,两组的颅内压、脑水肿体积均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LPO、MDA、NSE、NPY水平及CEO2均降低,SjvO2升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创血肿清除术联合头部亚低温治疗HCH患者的效果显著,安全性高。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma combined with head mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods A total of 140 patients with HCH were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma combined with head mild hypothermia.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On 7 d after treatment,intracranial pressure and brain edema volume in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LPO,MDA,NSE,NPY and CEO2 in the two groups decreased,SjvO2 increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma combined with head mild hypothermia in the treatment of HCH patients has a significant effect and high safety.
