散结止痛方治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sanjie Zhitong prescription in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children

目的观察散结止痛方治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的62例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,将其随机分为治疗组(31例,散结止痛方)和对照组(31例,头孢克肟颗粒)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,治疗组的腹痛时间、腹痛程度、腹痛次数积分及CRP水平均低于对照组,淋巴结长轴及短轴均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的腹痛减轻时间及腹痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论散结止痛方治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果显著,可缩短病程,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanjie Zhitong prescription in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods A total of 62 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases,Sanjie Zhitong prescription)and control group(31 cases,cefixime granules).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 93.55%,which was higher than 70.97%in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the scores of abdominal pain time,abdominal pain and abdominal pain times,and the CRP level in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the long axis and short axis of the lymph nodes were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time and time of abdominal pain disappearance in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanjie Zhitong prescription in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children has a significant clinical effect,which can shorten the course of the disease and reduce inflammation reaction.
