扶阳罐联合中药保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type

目的探讨扶阳罐联合中药保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年6月至12月收治的80例气滞血瘀型SPID患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。两组均给予中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组联合艾灸疗法,试验组联合扶阳罐。比较两组患者的中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组的下腹胀痛或刺痛、腰骶胀痛、经行腹痛加剧、月经量增多或经期延长、带下量多,色质异常积分均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比于艾灸疗法,扶阳罐联合中药保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型SPID的安全性更高,临床效果更确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty SPID patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated in our hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine,the control group combined with moxibustion therapy,and the experimental group combined with Fuyang cupping.The TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of lower abdominal pain or tingling pain,lumbosacral pain,increased abdominal pain during menstruation,increased menstrual volume or prolonged menstrual period,excessive amount and abnormal color quality in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with moxibustion therapy,Fuyang cupping combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine has higher safety and more exact clinical effect in the treatment of SPID of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.
