黄土汤联合西医疗法对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡出血患者炎症因子及胃肠激素水平的影响

Effects of Huangtu decoction combined with western medicine therapy on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding of spleen stomach deficiency cold type

目的观察黄土汤联合西医疗法对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡出血患者炎症因子及胃肠激素水平的影响。方法将110例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡出血患者根据随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组给予西医疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄土汤。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的呕血、黑便、胃脘痛评分及血清IL-6、IL-1β、NF-κB、MTL、GAS、PYY水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄土汤联合西医疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡出血患者的效果显著,可明显降低炎症因子水平,改善胃肠激素水平及临床症状。

Objective To observe the effects of Huangtu decoction combined with western medicine therapy on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 110 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding of spleen stomach deficiency cold type were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine therapy,and the observation group was given Huangtu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of hematemesis,melena and epigastric pain,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-1β,NF-κB,MTL,GAS and PYY in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangtu decoction combined with western medicine therapy in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding of spleen stomach deficiency cold type has a significant effect,which can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels and clinical symptoms.
