Objective To analyze the clinical effect of regulating basin and stabilizing spine combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with sacroiliac joint dislocation. Methods A total of 50 patients with LDH with sacroiliac joint dislocation admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group(23 cases, regulating basin and stabilizing spine treatment)and study group(27 cases, regulating basin and stabilizing spine+Duhuo Jisheng decoction treatment)according to different treatment methods. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the JOA score in the two groups increased, while the VAS and RDQ scores decreased, and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of TNF-αand IL-1βin the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating basin and stabilizing spine combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of LDH with sacroiliac joint dislocation has a significant clinical effect,it can relieve the degree of pain of patients, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the lumbar function.
