个性化健康教育在糖尿病视网膜脱落术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of individualized health education in patients with diabetic retinal detachment surgery

目的探讨个性化健康教育在糖尿病视网膜脱落术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的90例糖尿病视网膜脱落术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组行常规健康教育,观察组行个性化健康教育。比较两组的健康知识知晓情况、心理状态、依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组的疾病基础知识、正确用药、饮食控制、并发症处理、体位要求知晓率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的依从率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育应用于糖尿病视网膜脱落术患者中,有利于提高健康知识知晓率及依从率,改善心理状态,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized health education in patients with diabetic retinal detachment surgery.Methods Ninety patients with diabetic retinal detachment surgery admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received individualized health education.The awareness of health knowledge,psychological state,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of basic knowledge of disease,correct medication,diet control,complication treatment and postural requirements in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education applied to patients with diabetic retinal detachment surgery is helpful to improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and compliance rate,ameliorate psychological state and improve nursing satisfaction.
