人性化护理联合强化健康教育对宫颈癌患者疾病认知及遵医行为的影响

Effects of humanized nursing combined with strengthening health education on disease cognition and compliance behavior of patients with cervical cancer

目的观察人性化护理联合强化健康教育对宫颈癌患者疾病认知及遵医行为的影响。方法将我院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的94例宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组(47例,常规护理)和研究组(47例,常规护理基础上给予人性化护理联合强化健康教育)。分析两组护理效果。结果护理后,研究组疾病认知状况改善幅度显著大于对照组,患者遵医行为优良率、FACT-Cx各模块评分均显著高于对照组,PFS各项评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理联合强化健康教育应用于宫颈癌患者能够有效改善患者疾病认知情况和遵医行为,缓解癌因性疲乏,提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To observe the effects of humanized nursing combined with strengthening health education on disease cognition and compliance behavior of patients with cervical cancer.Methods Ninety-four patients with cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(47 cases,routine nursing)and study group(47 cases,given humanized nursing combined with strengthening health education on the basis of routine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing,the improvement of disease cognition in the study group were significantly more than those in the control group,the excellent and good rate of compliance behavior and the scores of each module of the FACT-Cx were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the PFS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing combined with strengthening health education applied in patients with cervical cancer can effectively improve the disease cognition and compliance behavior,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,and improve the quality of life,which has significant clinical application value.
