医护一体化护理对心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响

Effects of integrated medical care on cardiac function and quality of life of patients with heart failure

目的评价医护一体化护理对心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月收治的78例心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据护理措施的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予医护一体化护理。比较两组患者护理前及护理1个月后的B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平、左室整体纵向应变(LVGLS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行实验(6MWT)及生活质量调查问卷(SF-36)评分。结果护理1个月后,两组的BNP水平、LVGLS均降低,LVEF升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,两组的6MWT均显著增加,且观察组长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,两组的一般健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果良好,能够明显改善心功能,提升其生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effects of integrated medical care on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with heart failure.Methods Seventy-eight patients with heart failure admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing measures,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated medical care.B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level,left ventricular global longitudinal strain(LVGLS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walk test(6MWT)and quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups before nursing and after 1 month of nursing.Results After 1 month of nursing,the BNP level and LVGLS of the two groups decreased,while LVEF increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,6MWT of the two groups increased significantly,and that of the observation group was longer than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the general health,physiological function,role-physical,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health scores of the two groups significantly increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical care for patients with heart failure has a good application effect,which can significantly improve the cardiac function and quality of life.
