烧结矿低温还原粉化指标影响因素分析研究

摘要 利用Minitab软件对中天钢铁2020年3月至2021年2月的烧结矿低温还原粉化RDI+3.15指标与其对应的烧结矿主要化学成分、碱度以及镁铝比等进行回归分析和研究,得出烧结矿低温还原粉化RDI+3.15和碱度、镁铝比呈现正相关关系,和烧结矿品位呈现负相关关系。最终通过多元回归建模,得出中天烧结矿RDI+3.15和烧结矿成分之间的模型方程,期望对生产具有一定的参考。 Minitab software was used to make regression analysis and study on the RDI+3.15 index of sinter low-temperature reduction degradation from March 2020 to February 2021 and its corresponding main chemical composition,basicity and Mg/Al ratio of sinter.It was concluded that the RDI+3.15 index of sinter low-temperature reduction degradation was positively correlated with basicity and Mg/Al ratio.And sinter grade is negatively correlated.Finally,through multiple regression modeling,the model equation between Zhongtian sinter RDI+3.15 and sinter composition is obtained,which is expected to provide a certain reference for production.
