中间包全保护成套冶金工艺技术开发与应用

摘要 研发防止钢水浇注过程中二次氧化的钢包长水口弥散立体式氩气密封环、中间包弧形预埋式吹氩包盖、钢包无氧化开浇新技术、冲击区三重全封闭保护技术、中间包水口全封闭氩气保护机构等保护浇注新技术。设计开发中间包内钢液净化装置,将气幕挡墙与湍流控制器、挡墙、挡坝组合优化设置,氩气透过弥散式气幕挡墙上浮形成一道微气泡气幕屏障,捕捉钢液中微小夹杂物,提高钢水清洁度。 The new technologies of protective casting,such as the three-dimensional argon sealing ring with long nozzle of ladle,arc-shaped embedded argon blowing cover of tundish,new technology of ladle non-oxidation start-up,triple full sealing protection technology of impact zone and fully closed argon protection mechanism of tundish nozzle are developed to prevent secondary oxidation.The liquid steel purification device in tundish is designed and developed.The combination of gas curtain retaining wall and turbulence controller,retaining wall and retaining dam is optimized.Argon floats through the dispersed gas curtain retaining wall to form a microbubble gas curtain barrier,which can capture the small inclusions in the molten steel and improve the cleanliness of molten steel.
