摘要
随着用户对产品质量要求的提高,“红铁皮”表面缺陷迫切需要解决,通过研究“红铁皮”产生机理和氧化铁皮去除方法,提高除鳞压力,应用变频超高压除鳞系统,结合生产实际,同时考虑节能成本等因素,合理进行设备造型及布置,配合使用普通除鳞系统与超高压除鳞系统,实践结果表明,变频超高压除鳞系统在热轧的应用,兼顾了生产稳定、能耗成本和产品质量,“红铁皮”现象基本消除,表面质量明显上了一个台阶。除鳞压力提高带来的设备问题需要进一步研究探索。
With the improvement of user requirement for product quality,the red scale surface defect is an urgent need to solve,by studying the red scale mechanism and scale removal methods,improve the pressure of descaling,application frequency ultra-high pressure descaling system,combining with the actual production,consider factors such as energy saving cost at the same time,the appropriate equipment for modelling and layout,match with the normal descaling system and the ultra-high one.The practical results show that the application of frequency conversion ultrahigh pressure descaling system in hot rolling can take into account the production stability,energy consumption cost and product quality,and the phenomenon of red scale is basically eliminated,and the surface quality is improved obviously.The equipment problems caused by the increase of descaling pressure need further study and exploration.
