摘要
分析认为HRB400E盘条螺纹钢筋表面氧化铁皮厚度偏薄的原因:成分设计不合理、轧后控冷、吐丝温度过低、斯太尔摩辊道冷却不合理等,介绍了实施成分优化、轧后不控冷、提高吐丝温度、斯太尔摩辊道冷却优化等多项措施后,柳钢HRB400E盘条螺纹钢筋表面氧化铁皮厚度得到明显提升,提升了防锈能力,实现了成本与质量的统一。
The reasons for the thinner oxide scale on the surface of HRB400E wire rod reinforced bar are analyzed as follows:unreasonable composition design,controlled cooling after rolling,too low spinning temperature,unreasonable cooling of Stelmor roller table,etc.The thickness of the leather has been significantly improved,the anti rust ability has been improved,and the cost and quality have been unified.
