中厚板阵列式自动超声探伤设备测试及评价方法研究

摘要 从灵敏度、盲区、整机匹配性能、测量精度、稳定性等方面对中厚板自动超声探伤设备性能测试和评价进行了描述,提供了钢板宽度和长度方向的灵敏度均匀性测定和评价方法,提出了采用重叠余量表征探头间有效声场覆盖率。旨在提供一套针对中厚板自动超声探伤设备性能的测试、校准、核查的方法,以评价设备整体检测能力。 This paper describes the performance test and evaluation of automatic ultrasonic testing equipment for heavy plate from the aspects of sensitivity,blind area,matching performance of the whole machine,measurement accuracy,stability,etc.,especially provides the measurement and evaluation method of sensitivity uniformity in width direction and length direction of plate,and proposes to use overlap allowance to characterize effective sound field coverage between probes.The purpose of this paper is to provide a set of test,calibration and verification methods for the performance of automatic ultrasonic testing equipment for heavy plate,so as to evaluate the overall detection ability of the equipment.
