摘要
电炉炼钢是一种高耗能的生产工艺,冶炼期间由冷却水、烟气及烟尘带走的热量约占电炉总热量的22%~27%,高效回收该部分余热资源对降低生产成本具有举足轻重的作用。针对一台100 t电炉的列管式余热回收系统进行分析研究,查找和分析影响回收效率的因素。通过优化系统结构和操作方式使系统性能及余热回收水平大幅度提高。
EAF steelmaking is a high energy consumption production process.The heat carried away by cooling water,flue gas and dust during smelting accounts for about 22%~27%of the total heat of EAF.Efficient recovery of this part of waste heat resources plays an important role in reducing production cost.In this paper,the tubular waste heat recovery system of a 100t electric furnace is analyzed,and the factors affecting the recovery efficiency are found and analyzed.By optimizing the system structure and operation mode,the system performance and waste heat recovery level are greatly improved.
