摘要
高速轧制对设备自动控制动作精度以及响应时间等都提出了非常严格的要求,扎件位置、剪刃时间以及剪切速度等都需要合理配置,以便高效率完成剪切工作。以高速棒材生产举例说明,在明确倍尺控制和优化原理的基础上优化剪切流程,制定完善对策,以增强剪切的稳定性,降低问题出现的概率。
High-speed rolling puts forward very strict requirements on the automatic control action accuracy and response time of the equipment.The position of the part,the cutting edge time and the cutting speed need to be configured reasonably to complete the cutting work with high efficiency.Taking high-speed bar production as an example,the shearing process is optimized on the basis of clear-scale control and optimization principles,and perfect countermeasures are formulated to enhance the stability of shearing and reduce the probability of problems.
