摘要
风电有功功率、无功功率注入并网点对全网电压控制的影响覆盖空间和时间,随着风电并网比例的增加和并网点布局的多样性,影响的区域也从局部扩展到全网。从新能源分层控制的角度建立“机-场-群”三级控制体系,提出高比例新能源无功补偿设备协调控制结构和电压控制架构,并详细阐述集群子站控制策略、集群主站优化策略,以及新能源集群参与全网无功电压控制的方法。
The influence of wind power active power and reactive power injection and grid points on the voltage control of the whole network covers space and time.With the increase in the proportion of wind power grid connection and the diversity of the grid connection point layout,the affected area has also expanded from a local area to the entire grid.From the perspective of new energy hierarchical control,a three-level control system of"machine-field-group-network"is established,and the coordinated control structure and voltage control structure of high proportion of new energy reactive power compensation equipment are proposed.The control strategy of cluster substation,optimization strategy of cluster master station,and the method of new energy cluster participating in the whole network reactive power and voltage control are described in detail.
