摘要
提出在储能电站中加装一种独立控制装置,能够结合储能荷电状态(SOC)参与电网AGC和AVC优化策略,考虑电网频率和电压特性,装置能够完成有功-频率下垂特性控制和比例积分算法无功-电压控制,参与电网一次调频和动态调压的储能有功/无功协调控制策略。
An independent control device is proposed in the energy storage power station,which can participate in the AGC and AVC optimization strategy combined with the state of charge(SOC)of energy storage.Considering the frequency and voltage characteristics of the grid,the device can complete the active power frequency droop control and proportional integral algorithm reactive power voltage control,and participate in the primary frequency regulation and dynamic voltage regulation of the grid.
