乙酰辅酶A羧化酶-1和肿瘤相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的发生和发展需要磷脂作为基本原料合成生物细胞膜才能进一步完成生长、增殖、侵袭和迁移等过程。因此脂肪酸和脂质的合成对肿瘤细胞的发生和发展起到重要促进作用。乙酰辅酶A羧化酶-1(acetyl-CoA carboxylase-1,ACC1)是脂肪酸合成过程中第1步反应的限速酶,即催化乙酰辅酶A合成丙二酰辅酶A,后者在脂肪酸碳链延长酶体系作用下合成长链脂肪酸,对肿瘤的发生和发展具有重要作用。根据最新研究报道,ACC1在多种肿瘤组织中的表达均高于正常细胞,且和患者生存相关,因此,ACC1可能成为未来肿瘤治疗的新靶点。本文就ACC1和肿瘤相关性及发生机制作一综述。
