摘要
作为英国最大的线下自闭症融合教师培训项目,AET学校项目凭借两个核心工具和专门设计的培训材料,通过地方培训中心实施培训。项目实施凸显出多方合作、人员分层培养、重视检核评价等特点。基于国内自闭症融合教育现状,当前亟需培训全体教师,深化自闭症融合理念;关注学生心理健康和支持性环境,多角度满足需求;完善评价体系,保障实施质量。
As the largest offline autism inclusive teacher training programme in England,the AET School Programme relies on two core tools and specially designed training materials to implement teacher training through local training hubs.The implementation of the programme highlights the characteristics of multi-party cooperation,hierarchical training of personnel,emphasis on inspection and evaluation and so on.Based on the current situation of domestic autism inclusive education,this article proposes to train all teachers to deepen the concept of autism integration;to pay attention to students'mental health and supportive environment and meet their needs from multiple perspectives;to improve the evaluation system and ensure the quality of implementation as enlightenment and suggestions.
