醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of leuprolide acetate in the treatment of endometriosis

目的探究醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法80例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,按电脑随机分组法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组采用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗。对比两组治疗前后激素水平变化情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及月经复潮时间。结果治疗后,观察组促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平分别为(3.42±0.26)U/L、(2.05±0.36)U/L、(44.02±8.54)pg/ml,均低于对照组的(4.05±0.32)U/L、(3.07±0.39)U/L、(57.31±9.23)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.5%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率及月经复潮时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醋酸亮丙瑞林用于治疗子宫内膜异位症患者,疗效显著,能有效降低患者体内FSH、LH和E2等激素水平,不良反应较少,用药安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of leuprolide acetate in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometriosis as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to computer random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with leuprolide acetate microspheres.The hormone level before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,and menstruation recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the follicle-forming hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)of the observation group were(3.42±0.26)U/L,(2.05±0.36)U/L and(44.02±8.54)pg/ml,which were lower than(4.05±0.32)U/L,(3.07±0.39)U/L and(57.31±9.23)pg/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.5%of the observation group was obviously higher than 80.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions and menstruation recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin acetate has remarkable efficacy on patients with endometriosis,and it can effectively reduce the levels of hormones such as FSH,LH and E2 in body,with few adverse reactions and high drug safety.
