经尿道前列腺球囊扩张术治疗前列腺增生的效果观察

Observation of clinical efficiency of transurethral balloon dilatation of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia

目的分析经尿道前列腺球囊扩张术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法96例前列腺增生患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组通过前列腺切除术治疗,观察组应用经尿道前列腺球囊扩张术治疗。比较两组恢复指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间(58.46±11.05)min、留置尿管时间(49.45±8.46)h均短于对照组的(70.15±12.45)min、(68.97±9.03)h,最大尿流率(Qmax)(35.12±3.13)ml/s大于对照组的(24.96±3.34)ml/s,残余尿量(RUV)(1.64±0.78)ml小于对照组的(3.88±1.03)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过经尿道前列腺球囊扩张术治疗前列腺增生能够提升患者的恢复指标,改善尿道功能,并且具有较高的安全性,并发症发生几率低,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficiency of transurethral balloon dilatation of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 96 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with prostatectomy,while the observation group was treated with transurethral balloon dilatation of prostate.The recovery indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between these two groups.Results The observation group had an operation time of(58.46±11.05)min,an indwelling catheter time of(49.45±8.46)h,|which were shorter than(70.15±12.45)min and(68.97±9.03)h in the control group;the observation group had a maximal urinary flow rate(Qmax)of(35.12±3.13)ml/s,which was smaller than(24.96±3.34)ml/s in the control group;the observation group had a residual urine volume(RUV)of(1.64±0.78)ml,which was smaller than(3.88±1.03)ml in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral balloon dilatation of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia can improve the recovery indicators and urethral function,with high safety and low incidence of complications,thus it is worth promoting.
